

Motor Laminations
Rotors and Stators of
Electric Motors are components of individual laminations from 0.3 to 1mm
thickness in order to keep EDDY Current losses at a minimum. Base
material is silicon base alloy steel or semi killed silicon steel confirming
to DIN, ASTM, IS Standards.







The Laminates are produced on
High Speed blanking presses using progressive dies having several stations.
High speed blanking produces approximately 300 laminations per minute.
We specialized in manufacturing the laminates with AUTO CLEANING TECHNOLOGY.
Draw Components
We are solution providers for draw components. We supply components to
the major players in automotive / machine manufacturers / home
appliances / electric motors.






We manufacture our products using world class steel and also as per
customer specifications. we have good tie-ups with leading steel
manufacturers. We manufacture our own tools for the above products.

We specialize in manufacturing progressive tools with autocleating
technology and also progressive tools for precision components of the
electronic industry.

specialize in manufacturing moulds for PC components. Our moulds
have superior clarity and finish. We manufacture our moulds using
world- class steels for core and cavity. The lead time for
manufacturing tools/moulds varies from 10 days to 90 days. The
Tryout/samples or reduced so that the tool is almost ready in the
first time itself. We can do reverse engineering and design the
tool as per the sample given to produce die/tool as per customer
requirement. |
Pressed Components/Metal Stampings

We manufacture
precision pressed components and all other types of pressed
components. We can do reverse engineering and design tools for the
components as per given sample / drawing. We take utmost care to
minimise the number of operations in manufacturing a component.

We also
manufacture rubber bonded components and plastic insert moulded
component. These components can be supplied with powder coating or
zinc coating. The quality of these will comply with the best in
the industry.
