Mr. R. Elansudar is the co-founder and has about 12 years of industrial experience. Before joining the company he has worked in the senior management of consumer durables company where he has acquired working knowledge in the area of tool room and press shop activities.
He is a Mechanical Engineer who has attended various training programs in the area of quality and production process.
He represents the company in IGCC (Indo German Chamber of Commerce), EEPC (Engineering Export Promotion Council), ACMA (Automobile components manufacturing association), CII (Confederation of Indian Industries).

Mrs. E. Gandhimathi has about 8 Years of industrial experience. She started her career in the company in September 2001 and has obtained working knowledge in the areas of HR and Training. She is actively involved in implementing new training methods in the organization.
