We manufacture tools & dies for the components we will produce in our plant. The tools are manufactured using the best steel grades available. We manufacture tools for tandem/serial productions and also progressive tools.
We use standard parts for our bolsters, punch, die, ejectors, pillar bush, scrap cutters, sleeves, cam systems whereby Our tool manufacturing lead time is reduced. Based on the number of components required we choose the type of tool steel and also use various coatings for punch, die.
For initial trials we can supply laser cut prototypes. We have good tie-up with service providers having laser cutting machines.
